ANNUAL STIPULATED JUDGMENT REVIEW AND TEST In order to comply with the Stipulated Judgment, it is required that all employees read the document in its entirety annually. Additionally, all training is required to include periodic testing to ensure that employees are appropriately comprehending, retaining, and applying the knowledge and skills conveyed in the Stipulated Judgment per paragraph 180.
