Language Access Survey
Section VI of the Stipulated Judgment covers language access for communication and
community services for those with limited English proficiency.
The Sheriff's Office has agreed to effectively communicate with and provide timely and
meaningful access to law enforcement services to all members of the Kern County
community, regardless of their limited ability to speak, read, write, or understand
