Assembly Bill 92: Would make it a misdemeanor for a person who is prohibited from possessing a firearm under the laws of this state to purchase, own, or possess body armor, as specified (Penal Code 31360). Assembly Bill 360: Provides that "excited delirium" is not a validly recognized medical diagnosis or cause of death in this state.
