The follow is a summarization of the changes made to Department Policy & Procedure J-3600 Body Worn Cameras:  Unless otherwise authorized by the rank of Lieutenant or above, all deputies who are assigned a BWC shall wear the device when working in any assignment where BWC’s are deployed and will activate the BWC as provided in this policy.
