DOJ Information Bulletin No. 2022-DLE-14, dated October 11, 2022 is designed to
ensure that local law enforcement agencies in California have the necessary information
to protect the right to vote of individuals who have a criminal history or who are currently
incarcerated but are nonetheless eligible to vote.
DOJ Information Bulletin No. 2022-DLE-16, dated October 11, 2022 serves as a
reminder of relevant laws that you may be called upon to address during voting through
Election Day.
