DONNY YOUNGBLOOD 1350 Norris Road, Bakersfield, California 93308-2231 Sheriff-Coroner Telephone (661) 391-7500 TRAINING BULLETIN ISSUE: 22-25 DATE: June 23, 2022 LERDO FACILITY WATER OUTAGES In the event any of the detention facilities experience a water outage, the following steps shall be taken to ensure the hydration and sanitation needs of staff and incarcerated persons are met: • Contact Maintenance at (661) 246-8573, notify them of the issue, affected areas, and get an estimated time frame until water services may be restored. • Notify the Facility Manager, on-duty Watch Lieutenant, or designee.
