Inmate Voting (DBPPM G-400)
Please read and familiarize yourself with the following information and policy section
regarding inmate voting in relation to the upcoming Gubernatorial Recall Election on
September 14, 2021.
Inmates confined to a Detentions Bureau facility may correspond with the Elections
Office in the county of the inmate’s permanent residence to register to vote and to apply
for an absentee ballot. Inmates will be allowed to vote by absentee ballot only.
