This information was distributed department wide in Training Bulletin 19-25. Kern Medical is now accepting holds on arrestees brought into the Emergency Department. The attached form is required to be completed by the arresting deputy prior to placing a hold on any arrestee. ISSUE: 21-29 TRAINING BULLETIN DATE: July 9, 2021
