STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND DECLARATION OF POLICY To insure that recruitment and employment pracdces are uniform, consistent' and in conformity with legal requirements and generally uccepteA plrsonn"l procgdyes, the following Personnel Rules and Regulations are hereby JrtuUtirt"d. The Mayor reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations' subject to approval by the City Commission.
