FLORIDA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT 12-05 ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTIVE   THE LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE AFTER PROBATION, EACH EXPECTED. [CFA 16.07(B)] QUARTER AN EVALUATION IS WRITTEN.  [CFA 13.09; 13.10] THE RATING CRITERIA TO BE UTILIZED IN THE PERFORMANCE FOR THE PURPOSES OF APPRAISAL. [CFA 16.07(C)] PERFORMANCE REPORTS, THE INTRODUCTORY PERIOD FOR A THE OPERATIONS COMMANDER WILL: MEMBER ATTENDING A RECRUIT  ACADEMY WILL BEGIN WHEN THE REVIEW THE PERFORMANCE MEMBER ASSUMES HIS OR HER APPRAISAL WITH THE RATER REGULAR DUTIES. BEFORE PRESENTATION TO THE AFFECTED MEMBER.  ANNUAL: THE PERFORMANCE  REPORT WILL BE COMPLETED ON OR EVALUATE THE RATER REGARDING ABOUT THE ANNIVERSARY DATE THE FAIRNESS AND IMPARTIALITY FOR SWORN MEMBERS. PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS WILL COMPLETE PERFORMANCE REPORTS FOR PERIODS OF LESS PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO RATERS IN THE THAN ONE YEAR WHEN: COMPLETION OF THE EVALUATION. [CFA 16.01(D)]  THE MEMBER IS DEMOTED PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL REPORTS OR PROMOTED. RATING PERIODS: SHIFT COMMANDERS  THE MEMBER’S WORK WILL COMPLETE A PERFORMANCE PERFORMANCE IS BELOW APPRAISAL REPORT FOR MEMBERS UNDER STANDARD, AND THE THEIR SPAN OF CONTROL ACCORDING TO OPERATIONS COMMANDER THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE: [CFA 16.02M]] ORDERS A SPECIAL RATING PERIOD. FOR SUCH  INTRODUCTORY PERIOD (NEW SITUATIONS, THE RATING MEMBERS): PERIODS WILL CHANGE TO EVERY 30 DAYS UNTIL THE  WORK PERFORMANCE MEETS ONE PER MONTH FOR THE FIRST TWELVE MONTHS, STANDARDS, OR EMPLOYMENT IS  DISCONTINUED. ONE AT THE ANNIVERSARY DATE OF HIRE. FLORIDA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT 12-05 ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTIVE FORMS COMPLETION: THE PERFORMANCE POSITION. [CFA 16.03M(A)] APPRAISAL REPORT IS DESIGNED TO BE SELF EXPLANATORY AND MAY BE PRINTED OR THE MEMBER WILL BE GIVEN AN TYPED. THE FOLLOWING ARE HIGHLIGHTED OPPORTUNITY TO DOCUMENT ANY KEY POINTS IN THE REPORT: [CFA 16.01(C)] SUPPORTING OR OPPOSING COMMENTS TO ANY RATING OR RATER COMMENTS IN THE  SPACE PROVIDED. [CFA 16.03M(B)] RATING CATEGORIES: MEMBER PERFORMANCE WILL BE APPRAISED THE RATER AND MEMBER WILL SIGN THE IN SPECIFIC CATEGORIES BASED ON THE JOB POSITION HELD DURING APPRAISAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE REPORT WAS READ AND DISCUSSED.
