A VEHICLE STORAGE RECEIPT WILL BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY THE
PRIMARY OFFICER AND THE WRECKER DRIVER. THE VEHICLE STORAGE
RECIEPT WILL HAVE AT A MINIMUM THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
• TIME; [CFA 25.02M(A)]
• DATE; [CFA 25.02M(B)]
• LOCATION; [CFA 25.02M{C}
• REQUESTING MEMBER’S NAME; [CFA 25.02M(D)]
• REASON FOR REMOVAL OR TOW; [CFA 25.02M{E)]
• TOWING SERVICE NAME; [CFA 25.02M(F)]
• LOCATION OF VEHICLE; [CFA 25.02M(G)]
• INVENTORY OF CONTENTS; [CFA 25.02M(I)]
• PLACING AND REMOVAL OF HOLDS. [CFA 25.02M(J)]
COPY OF THIS RECEIPT WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE VEHICLE'S OWNER, IF
POSSIBLE. IT SHOULD BE DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE REPORT WHETHER
THERE WAS NOTIFICATION (OR ATTEMPTS) OF THE REGISTERED OWNER.

AN ENTRY WILL BE MADE INTO THE FCIC SYSTEM, TO AID THE OWNER IN
