I. GENERAL
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this procedure is to establish guidelines for the development and overall
plan of agency activities and operations.
POLICY:
It is the policy of the Coconut Creek Police Department (CCPD) to develop procedures
and guidelines for the development and planning of police activities and operations that
provide controls and safeguards for such activities and operations in the agency.
