III. FELONY CASE REPORT VII. RECORDS
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this procedure is to establish guidelines for the management of felony
cases by the Criminal Investigations Section (CIS) of the Coconut Creek Police
Department (CCPD).
POLICY:
It is the policy of CCPD to manage criminal investigative cases in accordance with Florida
law and the case file management system established in this procedure.
