DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS PURPOSE: The purpose of this procedure is to establish guidelines for monitoring and controlling off-duty details (also known as unofficial functions, special details, or extra-duty employment) of Coconut Creek Police Department (CCPD) personnel. POLICY: It is the policy of CCPD to ensure law enforcement- related off-duty details performed by personnel are in accordance with agency policies, procedures, rules, and regulations and in the best interest of the community.
