II. TRESPASS ENFORCEMENT
PROGRAM
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this procedure is to establish necessary guidelines for enforcement efforts
pertaining to trespass provisions of Florida State Statutes (FSSs), Chapter 810.
POLICY:
It is the policy of the Coconut Creek Police Department (CCPD) to abide by applicable
FSSs and the procedures stated in this standard operating procedure when facilitating
the removal of trespassers from various types of property.
