II. PROCEDURES – FORMS
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this procedure is to delineate guidelines for the development,
modification, and approval of forms utilized by the agency.
POLICY:
It is the policy of the Coconut Creek Police Department (CCPD) to have a controlled
process for the development, modification, and approval of agency forms to prevent
duplication of information and agency efforts. The below guidelines have been designed
to meet these goals and to ensure that the format of agency forms is consistent with
records maintenance and computer services requirements.
