II. PROCEDURES – FORMS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PURPOSE: The purpose of this procedure is to delineate guidelines for the development, modification, and approval of forms utilized by the agency. POLICY: It is the policy of the Coconut Creek Police Department (CCPD) to have a controlled process for the development, modification, and approval of agency forms to prevent duplication of information and agency efforts.
