EFFECTIVE CHAPTER REVISED PAGE NUMBER directive is to establish guidelines and procedures for primary communication between the citizens of the City of Doral and police services. SCOPE: This directive is applicable to all employees of this Department. POLICY: It is the policy of the Department to coordinate the delivery of police services with requests from the public and Department employees utilizing radio, telephone, and mobile digital communications equipment. Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD): System that assigns a different event number in sequence to each call for service that is dispatched or self-initiated. Each event number is unique and assists in filing and retrieving information. Disposition Code: A code utilized on all incidents which identifies the final status (disposition) of the incident and the manner in which it was documented. Premier Mobile Data Computing (PMDC): System that displays the status of officers and calls holding through Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO). PROCEDURE:
