Chino Police Department Chino PD Policy Manual CHIEF'S PREFACE I am pleased to introduce the Lexipol Policy to the Chino Police Department. This manual provides Chino Police employees with the most current guidelines available to law enforcement personnel and supports our continuing effort to attain organizational excellence. Lexipol policies are written by experienced law enforcement professionals who specialize in defending police agencies.
