This procedure describe s the Buena Park Police Department’s salary and personnel programs
related to compensation and benefits.

The Department’s salary schedule outlines the following:
a) Entry -level salary
b) Salary differential within ranks
c) Salary differential between ranks
d) Salary incentives for special skills
e) Compensatory time
f) Overtime policy
