I. PURPOSE:
The purpose of this directive is to provide members of the Boca Raton Police Services Department with
information concerning the confiscation and disposition of property seized under the Florida Contraband
Forfeiture Act (FCFA) and the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury Asset Forfeiture
Programs (hereafter Federal Asset Forfeiture Programs).
