Published with permission by CSU Police DepartmentAnti-Retaliation - 1Anti-Retaliation 1018.1 APPLICABILITY All California State University (CSU) personnel. 1018.2 ADHERENCE TO CSU SYSTEM-WIDE POLICY This department is guided by the CSU Non-Discrimination Policy and the CSU Complaint Procedure for Allegations of Retaliation for Having Made a Protected Disclosure under the California Whistleblower Protection Act policy. The CSU Nondiscrimination Policy prohibits Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, Prohibited Consensual Relationships, and Retaliation.
