RCW 9A.82.045 - Collection of unlawful debt It is unlawful for any person knowingly to collect any unlawful debt. A violation of this section is a class C felony. RCW 9A.82.050 - Trafficking in stolen property in the first degree (1) A person who knowingly initiates, organizes, plans, finances, directs, manages, or supervises the theft of property for sale to others, or who knowingly traffics in stolen property, is guilty of trafficking in stolen property in the first degree.(2) Trafficking in stolen property in the first degree is a class B felony. RCW 9A.82.055 - Trafficking in stolen property in the second degree (1) A person who recklessly traffics in stolen property is guilty of trafficking in stolen property in the second degree.(2) Trafficking in stolen property in the second degree is a class C felony. RCW 9A.82.060 - Leading organized crime (1) A person commits the offense of leading organized crime by:(a) Intentionally organizing, managing, directing, supervising, or financing any three or more persons with the intent to engage in a pattern of criminal profiteering activity; or(b) Intentionally inciting or inducing others to engage in violence or intimidation with the intent to further or promote the accomplishment of a pattern of criminal profiteering activity.(2)(a) Leading organized crime as defined in subsection (1)(a) of this section is a class A felony.(b) Leading organized crime as defined in subsection (1)(b) of this section is a class B felony.
