Esta ley dice que ciertas instituciones como museos y bibliotecas pueden compartir materiales que otras leyes prohíben. Así que si trabajas en una biblioteca, puedes mostrar ciertos documentos sin problemas.

Es como cuando en una fiesta, los amigos pueden compartir música entre ellos, pero no puedes copiarla y venderla. Las bibliotecas y museos tienen permiso para compartir información, mientras que otros no.

RCW 9.68.100 - Exceptions to RCW§ 9.68.100.
