Esta ley dice que no puedes alterar o usar de manera ilegal los servicios de cable. También prohíbe interferir en radios que informan sobre emergencias.

Imagina que Juan está viendo su programa favorito por cable, pero alguien en su edificio decide manipular la señal y lo interrumpe. Esto es ilegal. Además, si María llama al 911 y alguien interfiere con su llamada, también estaría cometiendo un delito.
Cualquiera que viole estas leyes puede ser culpable de un delito menor de Clase 1.

For the purposes of this section, "emergency" means a condition or circumstance in which an individual is or is reasonably believed by the person transmitting the communication to be in imminent danger of death or serious bodily harm or in which property is in imminent danger of damage or destruction. C. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. 1985, c. 100.
