Sec. 11.207. ANNUAL REPORT. (a) Not later than March 1 of each year, a person who during any part of the preceding calendar year owned or operated an artesian well for any purpose other than domestic use shall file a report to the commission on a form supplied by the commission. (b) The report shall state: (1) the quantity of water which was obtained from the well; (2) the nature of the uses to which the water was applied; (3) the change in the level of the well's water table; and (4) other information required by the commission. (c) If water from the well was used for irrigation, the report shall also state the acreage and yield of each crop irrigated. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
