Sec. 152.1351. KAUFMAN COUNTY. (a) The Kaufman County Juvenile Board is composed of the county judge, the judges of the county courts at law of Kaufman County, the district judges in Kaufman County, and the criminal district attorney. (b) The juvenile court judge is the chairman of the board and its chief administrative officer. (c) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board members additional annual compensation of not more than $600 for the added duties imposed on the members. The compensation is in addition to all other compensation paid to a board member by the state or county and shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county. (d) The juvenile probation officer's expenses are payable on a voucher signed by the board chairman.
