Sec. 152.0521. COMAL COUNTY. (a) The Comal County Juvenile Board is composed of: (1) the county judge; (2) the judge of each county court at law in the county; (3) the judge of the 22nd District Court; (4) the judge of the 207th District Court; (5) the judge of the 433rd District Court; (6) the judge of the 274th District Court; and (7) the criminal district attorney of Comal County. (a-1) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 152, Sec. 2, eff. May 23, 2009. (b) The commissioners court may pay the juvenile board members an annual salary in an amount set by the commissioners court as compensation for the additional duties imposed on the members. The compensation shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund or any other available fund of the county. (c) Sections 152.0002, 152.0004, 152.0005, 152.0006, 152.0007, and 152.0008 do not apply to the juvenile board of Comal County. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 352, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
