Sec. 102.052. ANNUAL PUBLIC REPORT; INTERNET POSTING. (a) Not later than January 31 of each year, the institute shall submit to the lieutenant governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the governor, and the standing committee of each house of the legislature with primary jurisdiction over institute matters and post on the institute's Internet website a report outlining the institute's activities, grants awarded, grants in progress, research accomplishments, and future program directions.
