Sec. 13.0021. ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION FROM CERTAIN FEDERAL AND STATE JUDGES, FEDERAL OFFICIALS, AND FAMILY MEMBERS. (a) In this section, "family member" has the meaning assigned by Section 31.006, Finance Code. (b) If the registration applicant is a federal judge, including a federal bankruptcy judge, a state judge, a marshal of the United States Marshals Service, a United States attorney, or a family member of a state judge, a federal judge, including a federal bankruptcy judge, a marshal of the United States Marshals Service, or a United States attorney, the registrar of the county shall omit the applicant's residence address from the registration list.
