Water Control and Preservation District ......... Be it known that at an election called for that purpose in said district, held on the ........ day of ........ A.D. ........, a two- thirds majority of the resident property taxpayers voting thereon voted in favor of the creation of said District, and the issuance of bonds and levy of a tax. Now, therefore, it is considered and ordered by the court that said District be and the same is hereby established by the name of ........ Water Control and Preservation District ........, and that the bonds of said District in an amount not exceeding ........ dollars be issued by the Directors of said District, and that said Board of Directors levy a tax of ........ cents on the hundred dollars of valuation, or so much thereof as may be necessary, upon all property within said district, whether real, personal, mixed or otherwise, sufficient in amount to pay the interest on such bonds and provide a sinking fund sufficient to redeem them at maturity, and that if said tax shall at any time become insufficient for such purpose, same shall be increased by said Directors until same is sufficient.
