Explicación Simple

Si alguien te obliga a hacer algo malo porque te amenaza, no te pueden castigar por eso. La ley entiende que no tuviste opción y te protege.

Es como si alguien te dijera que si no robas una tienda, te hará daño. En esa situación, no puedes decir que tú quisiste hacerlo.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan está en un parque y un desconocido lo amenaza con un cuchillo, diciéndole que debe robar una tienda. Si Juan cumple con la amenaza y roba, no podrá ser condenado por el delito, ya que actuó bajo coerción.
