Imagina que Juan trabaja en un programa de asistencia y recibe dinero por servicios que nunca prestó. Cuando se descubre, además de tener que devolver el dinero, podría enfrentar multas adicionales y pagar hasta tres veces más por los daños causados.

Penalidades

Deberás devolver el dinero, pagar intereses, daños y multas por reclamaciones fraudulentas.
