Explicación Simple

No puedes hacer o vender dispositivos que te ayuden a conseguir servicios de televisión o internet sin pagar por ellos. Es como si alguien te diera acceso a un cine sin que pagues la entrada, lo cual no está bien.

Es como tratar de usar un atajo para entrar a una fiesta sin pagar la entrada. Aunque te diviertas, no es justo para los que sí pagaron.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan decide vender un aparato que permite ver canales de televisión de pago sin suscribirse. Aunque muchos vecinos lo compran, si lo descubren, puede meterse en problemas con la ley por estar ayudando a otros a evadir el pago.

Penalidades

Una violación de esta ley es considerada un delito menor de Clase 1.
