Imagina que Laura tiene un negocio en Dakota del Sur y no informa a sus clientes sobre ciertos riesgos de sus productos. Si alguien se entera y lo denuncia, el fiscal del estado podría multarla con diez mil dólares por cada día que no haya cumplido con la divulgación.

Penalidades

Multa de hasta diez mil dólares por día por cada incumplimiento.
