Hacerse pasar por un oficial o empleado público es un delito. Si alguien usa un uniforme o actúa como si fuera un policía o un bombero sin serlo, y causa daño o engaña a alguien, puede meterse en problemas con la ley.

Es como si alguien se pusiera un disfraz de médico y tratara de atender a personas sin tener la formación. Podría causar problemas graves y lo atraparía la policía.

Imagina que Juan se viste con un uniforme de policía y comienza a detener autos en la calle. Un conductor, pensando que es un oficial real, se detiene y termina pagando una multa falsa. Juan puede ser arrestado por hacerse pasar por un oficial.
