Posesión de un instrumento falso con intención de fraude

Explicación Simple

Si tienes un documento falso y sabes que no es real, y lo haces para engañar a alguien, eso es un delito. Es como si intentaras usar un billete falso para comprar algo.

Es como cuando alguien intenta usar una tarjeta de regalo que sabe que está vencida para obtener algo en una tienda. Aunque parece que tiene valor, en realidad no puede usarse.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan encuentra un cheque que parece legítimo, pero sabe que es falso. Sin embargo, decide usarlo para pagar su renta. Si lo atrapan, podría enfrentar serias consecuencias legales.

Penalidades

Poseer un instrumento falso es un delito clasificado como un delito grave de Clase 6.
