Si no puedes controlar el incendio sin ponerte en peligro, aún deberías llamar a los bomberos inmediatamente para reportarlo. Tu responsabilidad es avisar si no puedes actuar.
Tener una obligación legal significa que, por ley o acuerdo, estás obligado a hacer algo. Por ejemplo, si trabajas como bombero, tienes el deber de combatir incendios.
