Subornar a alguien para que mienta bajo juramento

Explicación Simple

Si alguien te paga o te persuade para que digas mentiras en un juicio, eso se llama subornación de perjurio. Es un problema muy serio porque se castiga igual que si tú mismo mintieras bajo juramento.

Es como si un jugador de fútbol le dijera a otro que haga trampa en el partido. Si el segundo jugador sigue el plan, ambos podrían ser sancionados por hacer trampa.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan quiere ganar un juicio sobre un accidente de auto. Le ofrece dinero a su amigo Pedro para que diga que él no tuvo la culpa, aunque sí la tuvo. Si lo atrapan, Juan y Pedro podrían enfrentar serias consecuencias legales.

Penalidades

Se castiga de la misma manera que el perjurio, con penas severas.
