Explicación Simple

Si alguien rompe la ley varias veces de la misma manera, todas esas veces se suman para decidir cuán grave es el problema. Es como si te castigaran más si rompes varias reglas en lugar de solo una.

Es como cuando en un juego de fútbol te sacan tarjeta amarilla por varias faltas pequeñas. Si haces muchas faltas, al final te pueden expulsar, aunque ninguna haya sido muy grave por sí sola.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan y su amigo Pedro están robando varios paquetes de galletas de una tienda, haciéndolo en diferentes días pero siempre de la misma manera. Si los atrapan, las veces que robaron se suman para decidir si es un delito menor o mayor, lo que podría llevar a una pena más severa.
