Explicación Simple

Si alguien recibe dinero o ayuda que no le corresponde y es más de doscientos dólares, puede meterse en problemas serios. Esto se considera un delito grave y puede tener consecuencias legales.

Imagina que Laura, que no tiene derecho a asistencia social, presenta documentos falsos para recibir ayuda económica. Si logra obtener más de doscientos dólares de esta manera, podría enfrentar un delito grave por haber engañado al sistema.

Penalidades

Se clasifica como un delito grave (Clase 6) si se obtiene más de doscientos dólares indebidamente.
