No puedes poner cosas peligrosas en lugares públicos que puedan lastimar a otros. Si lo haces con la intención de herir, puedes enfrentarte a problemas legales.

Es como si alguien pusiera un alambre de espino en un parque para que nadie pueda jugar. Es peligroso y podría lastimar a alguien que no se lo espera.

Imagina que Juan, molesto por el ruido de una fiesta vecina, decide poner clavos en el camino de entrada. Si alguien se hiere al pasar por ahí, Juan podría ser juzgado por poner un dispositivo peligroso en un lugar público.

A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.For the purposes of this section, the term, a hazardous or injurious device, means any device, which when assembled or placed, is capable of causing bodily injury, or damage to property, by the action of any person making contact with such device subsequent to the assembly or placement.
