Si alguien usa explosivos para romper algo que no es suyo, aunque no lastime a nadie, puede meterse en problemas graves. Esto es considerado un delito serio en Dakota del Sur.

Es como si alguien decidiera hacer volar un coche que no le pertenece solo porque no le gusta. Aunque no lastime a nadie, eso es muy malo y tiene consecuencias.

Imagina que Juan está molesto porque su vecino, Carlos, le hizo una broma. En su enojo, Juan decide usar fuegos artificiales para dañar el coche de Carlos. Aunque no había nadie cerca y no hubo heridos, Juan podría enfrentarse a cargos serios por destruir la propiedad de otro.

Penalidades

Es un delito de Clase 4, lo que puede incluir penas de cárcel y multas.
