Esta ley dice que no puedes protestar cerca de un funeral. Si estás a menos de mil pies de un funeral, no puedes hacer protestas una hora antes, durante y una hora después del servicio.

Es como si estuvieras en una fiesta de cumpleaños y alguien decide hacer ruido fuera para protestar. No sería un buen momento ni lugar para hacerlo, ¿verdad?
