Delito de Solicitar Soborno por Funcionarios Públicos

Explicación Simple

Si un funcionario público pide dinero a cambio de cambiar su voto o decisión, eso es un delito. Es como si un árbitro aceptara dinero para favorecer a un equipo en un partido.

Es como cuando un niño le pide a su amigo que le dé su golosina a cambio de que lo ayude en un juego. Ambos están haciendo un trato injusto que no debería ser permitido.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que el alcalde Juan le dice a un empresario que, si le paga una suma de dinero, él aprobará un permiso de construcción sin seguir los trámites legales. Esto es un soborno y Juan estaría cometiendo un delito.

Penalidades

Si un funcionario es culpable de solicitar un soborno, enfrenta una condena de delito clase 4.
