Prueba de envío de documentos simulados

Explicación Simple

Si alguien usa un documento falso y lo envía por correo, la ley dice que puedes demostrar que lo envió si lo metió en el correo o se lo dio a alguien para que lo envíe. Esto ayuda a probar que realmente intentó usar ese documento falso.

Es como cuando le das una carta a un amigo para que la envíe. Si tu amigo dice que se la diste, eso cuenta como prueba de que intentaste enviar algo.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan crea un documento falso para obtener un préstamo. Decide enviar el documento por correo. Si la policía encuentra que Juan metió el documento en el buzón, eso es suficiente para demostrar que trató de usarlo, aunque nunca llegó a la persona que debía recibirlo.
