Explicación Simple

Si alguien presenta un documento falso que parece legal, no puede defenderse diciendo que el papel menciona que debía algo de dinero. La ley considera que, aunque el documento diga eso, sigue siendo un delito.

Es como si alguien intentara usar un billete falso para comprar algo y dijera que solo era un préstamo. Aunque lo diga, sigue siendo un billete falso y no se acepta.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan recibe un documento que parece una factura de una deuda, pero en realidad es falso. Cuando lo presenta como prueba de que debe dinero, no puede decir que el papel dice que es para pagar algo válido. La ley lo señala por usar ese documento falso.
