Detención y confiscación de bienes sin proceso legal

Explicación Simple

Esta ley dice que nadie, ni siquiera un policía, puede arrestarte o quitarte tus cosas sin seguir el proceso legal correcto. Si alguien lo hace, está cometiendo un delito leve. Es como si alguien te detuviera en la calle sin razón y te quitara tu teléfono.

Es como si un amigo decidiera llevarse tu bicicleta porque cree que le pertenece, sin preguntarte ni mostrarte ningún permiso. Eso no está bien y podría meterse en problemas.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan está en su casa y un hombre se presenta diciendo que es oficial de la ley. Sin mostrarle ninguna orden, lo detiene y le quita su computadora. Según esta ley, ese hombre está cometiendo un delito porque no siguió el proceso legal adecuado.

Penalidades

El que detenga o confisca bienes sin proceso legal es culpable de un delito leve.
