Eliminación de Placas Especiales para Recipientes de la Medalla de Honor

Esta ley eliminó las placas especiales que se daban a quienes recibieron la Medalla de Honor. Esto significa que ya no hay beneficios como estacionamiento preferencial para ellos en Carolina del Sur.

Es como cuando decides que ya no necesitas un trofeo en tu habitación porque ya no juegas ese deporte. Las placas eran como trofeos que ahora ya no se usan.
