Esta ley se encarga de regular el uso de motonieves y vehículos que pueden andar en diferentes terrenos. También establece ciertas reglas y quiénes están obligados a seguirlas.

75 Pa.C.S. 7701 - Short Title Of Chapter This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Snowmobile and All-Terrain Vehicle Law. (July 11, 1985, P.L.220, No.56, eff. 60 days) 75 Pa.C.S. 2014 - Amendment 2012 Amendment.Act 113 amended the def. of "snowmobile" and added the defs. of "vintage snowmobile" and "vintage snowmobile event." 75 Pa.C.S. 7703 - Applicability Of Chapter This chapter does not apply to law enforcement officers while engaged in the performance of their official duties. 75 Pa.C.S. 7704 - Rules And Regulations The department may promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. 75 Pa.C.S. 1978 - Amendment § 7705. Records and reports. The provisions of Subchapter B of Chapter 63 (relating to records of traffic cases) relating to records and reports shall be applicable to proceedings under this chapter. (Apr. 28, 1978, P.L.202, No.53, eff. 60 days) 1978 Amendment. Act 53 repealed former section 7705 relating to disposition of fines and penalties and added present section 7705.
