Modificación de las normas sobre jueces del Tribunal del Commonwealth

Explicación Simple

Esta ley establece cómo se eligen a los jueces en el estado y dice que si un juez renuncia, no puede volver a ser nombrado para el mismo periodo. Es como si dejaras un equipo de fútbol y no pudieras volver a jugar hasta que empiece la próxima temporada.

Es como si en un torneo de baloncesto, un jugador que se retira de un partido no pudiera regresar a jugar en ese mismo partido, pero podría unirse al equipo en el próximo torneo.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que el juez Juan renuncia a su puesto en el Tribunal. Según esta ley, aunque el periodo de su mandato no haya terminado, no podrá ser reelecto para completar ese tiempo. En las próximas elecciones, se elegirán nuevos jueces y los votantes solo podrán elegir a algunos de ellos.
